Paper Feeding System:
Machine has Automatic High Speed Vacuum single sheet paper feeder with top sheets separating & fine air blowers System in the feeder unit. It has a vacuum and blower air pressures can be independently controlled as per paper quality.

Double Sheet Detector with Eliminator:
Double sheet detector system with automatic double sheet removal via flap mechanism without stoppage of machine, thus reduce operator fatigue and helps trouble free operations. It is a best shifty for blanket.

Register Board:
The Register board has five High Quality end less belts, which helps to run paper trouble free. It is easy to set as per minimum to maximum paper size.

The Unique Side Lay:
The side lay is made of 100 mm push type plate to register the paper up to maximum size. This side lay also reduce the crossing of paper. It has a parallel adjuster facility to correct up to 4 mm of cross in paper cutting.

Micro Lateral Register Adjustment System:
This System helps to register the paper (+) or (-) 3mm during the machine is running in printing mode.

Stationary Side Lay:
This is unique facility to run minimum to maximum size paper with accurate registration at high speed.

Blanket Cylinder :
Hard chrome plated Blanket Cylinder. Easy to change blanket on Blanket Cylinder without removing any fixtures as compare to other machines.

Unique Machine Control:
Single lever control for machine operations like Damping, Inking & plate to Blanket Cylinder Impression in the sequence and vice versa. It allows the operator to control printing functions with the movement of single lever.

Speed Control:
Stepless speed control by programmable AC Frequency controlled drive obtaining variable printing speed up to 10,000 iph. This is the latest invention, which is maintenance free in drive technology.

Impression ON/OFF System:
INFRA RED sensor controlled automatic impression ON/OFF device without interrupting production. It also allowing smoother running of low weight (Grammage) paper.

Simple and user-friendly controls like-machine ON/OFF, vaccum ON/OFF, speed controling POT, iph display, digital preset counter which can set the number of copies to be print and switch off the machine at preset value.
